coast2coast camper hire is a family run business, located close to the coastal town of Exmouth, Devon.
Our love of classic Volkswagens began many years ago, in fact, as far back as the early 1980s when a member of the coast2coast camper hire team used to ride around in his Grandfather’s 1967 split screen campervan! We were fortunate enough to purchase our first Volkswagen, an early 1964 Beetle in 2006. Since then, our love for all things Volkswagen has continued to grow and we have decided to share our passion for Volkswagens with others.
The true beauty of a coast2coast classic VW camper van holiday is that you are free to do as much, or as little as you choose. Our classic Volkswagen campervans are built to be treated gently and they definitely appreciate being driven in an appropriate manner! The slower pace of our campervans gives ample opportunity to take in the beauty of our own country, which is all too often missed.
Driving a classic Volkswagen campervan is a completely different experience to driving a modern car. However, after a short while of getting used to the quirks and individuality of these wonderful vehicles, we are sure you will enjoy the most amazing and fun driving experience that you have probably ever had!
Although our campervans are limited to travel within the four most South Westerly English counties, Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset, we are only too happy to try and help you fulfil your holiday wishes. By prior arrangement, travel outside of Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset may be considered. Please contact us for further information.
