A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. On receipt of the deposit, coast2coast camper hire will confirm your booking.
The deposit can be paid by cheque, bankers draft or by bank transfer. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please let us know at the time of booking.
The final balance for the holiday is required at least 6 weeks before the start of your hire period. The balance can be paid by the same methods as the deposit. Again, please let us know if you wish to pay by bank transfer.
Alternatively, the holiday can be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Security Deposit
On collection of your campervan, we will require you to have paid a refundable £500 security deposit before we are able to release the van to you for hire.
This can be paid either by cheque, two weeks before the commencement of hire, or by bank transfer, at least two days before commencement of hire. Please note we have to have the security deposit as cleared funds, or you will be unable to take the campervan.
The security deposit, on safe return of the campervan, will be refunded to you within seven days of the end of hire. Please refer to the terms and conditions for more information on the security deposit.
